We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic and motivated Volunteer Services Coordinator to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment of Volunteers, coordinating and training our volunteers, developing our volunteer strategy and policies and the effective facilitation of referrals on to our family support services.
Volunteers play a vital role in Sussex Prisoners’ Families, supporting families in the criminal courts, prisons and communities of Sussex. We love the passion and commitment of our volunteers and they get a unique experience within the criminal justice system with us, building new skills, developing new knowledge and increasing in confidence. We encourage people with lived experience of the criminal justice sector to volunteer with us and we provide additional support when needed.
